Fewer repetitive steps
Systems handle the lookup, copy and update work, so people handle the exceptions.
Syntrix builds AI agents, browser automation, RAG systems, and custom workflow integrations for growing businesses.
Start with one repetitive process, prove the value in a focused pilot, then scale.
Most teams have a handful of workflows that follow the same steps every time. We look for workflows where automation may reduce repetitive manual work, speed up response times, or improve operational consistency.
Systems handle the lookup, copy and update work, so people handle the exceptions.
Leads, messages and documents get processed as they arrive instead of waiting in someone's queue.
The same rules applied the same way every time, with a record of what was done.
Inbox, CRM, spreadsheets, web portals and internal tools working as one flow, including tools with no API.
Rather than committing to a large transformation project upfront, we start with one focused workflow and prove value first.
Typical focused pilot: 7–21 days, depending on scope
Fixed-scope pilots available. Request a scope and estimate.
Repetitive work with clear inputs and outputs. Not every workflow can or should be automated. Part of the audit is telling you which ones are not worth it yet.
These are internal systems and product engineering examples that demonstrate our capabilities. They are not client case studies.

Six stages, with a decision point after the pilot. Nothing grows until it has shown value.
Understand the current manual process, systems, users, inputs and outputs.
Choose the smallest practical automation architecture.
Build one usable workflow.
Connect APIs, browser workflows, internal tools, databases, AI models or third-party systems.
Test reliability, edge cases, user approval and expected output.
Expand only after the pilot demonstrates value.
Chosen per workflow. If a tool you already run does the job, we build on it.

Syntrix works best with teams that already have a real process, recurring workload, and a clear operational bottleneck worth automating.
A good pilot candidate
Architecture can be adapted to the sensitivity of the workflow. Depending on the project, systems may use managed cloud services, private infrastructure, access controls, isolated environments, or self-hosted components.
Managed cloud services, your own cloud account, or self-hosted components where the workflow calls for it.
Systems get only the accounts and permissions the workflow needs, with credentials kept out of code.
Sensitive actions can pause for review before anything is sent, changed or submitted.
Runs can record what the system did, so results can be checked and problems traced.
We don't claim certifications we don't hold. Where a workflow has regulatory requirements, we design around the controls your compliance team specifies.
Repetitive work with clear inputs and outputs: lead research, inbox triage, data entry into web portals, document extraction, CRM updates, report pulls and knowledge lookups. Work that needs a judgement call on every item is usually better served by assisting a person than by removing them from the step. We'll tell you which is which during the audit.
Book a 30-minute automation audit. We'll look at one process, tell you honestly whether it's worth automating, and outline the smallest practical pilot.
